Terms of Service
The agreement for using Right There
These terms explain who the service is for, what your purchase includes, and the rules that keep the experience respectful and secure.
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Right There. By visiting the site, creating an account, purchasing access, or using the library, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase access.
Adults only
Right There is intended only for adults who are legally old enough to access educational content about intimacy and pleasure in their location.
You may not use Right There if you are under 18, if adult educational intimacy content is unlawful where you live, or if you are not allowed to enter into these terms.
Educational content, not medical advice
Right There provides educational articles, research-informed explanations, interactive previews, and practical prompts. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment.
If you have pain, trauma concerns, medical questions, relationship safety concerns, or any health condition, speak with a qualified professional before relying on site content.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, devices, and account access secure.
You may access your account from personal devices, but you may not share your account, resell access, or make the library available to others outside your household or personal use.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared publicly, used fraudulently, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.
Purchases and refunds
Right There is currently offered as a one-time purchase for access to the available library. Pricing, included content, and checkout details are shown before purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
Unless a separate refund promise is shown at checkout or required by law, purchases are final once access has been delivered. If something went wrong with checkout or account access, contact support and we will help.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or publicly display Right There content except as allowed by normal personal use of the site.
You may not use the site for harassment, exploitation, illegal activity, impersonation, security testing without permission, reverse engineering, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls.
You may not upload, send, or request illegal, abusive, non-consensual, or exploitative material through support or any current or future interactive feature.
Content ownership
Right There and its licensors own the site, design, text, articles, graphics, code, branding, and other content unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the library. It does not give you ownership of the content or permission to reuse it commercially.
Changes to the service
We may update, add, remove, reorganize, or improve content and features over time.
We aim to keep purchased access available, but we cannot guarantee that every specific page, article, feature, or design will remain unchanged forever.
Disclaimers and limits
Right There is provided as is and as available. We try to make the service accurate, respectful, and useful, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, pleasure, relationship results, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Right There will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
